How to connect to the Rapidi MCP Server

Prerequisites (claude.ai)

  • An active Rapidi account with at least one service
  • Access to Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, or Claude mobile app)
  • The Rapidi MCP server URL: https://myrapidi.com/mcp

Steps

The Rapidi MCP is not listed in the Anthropic Connectors Directory, so it must be added as a custom connector.

  1. Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Add custom connector".
  3. Enter a name (e.g. Rapidi MCP) and the server URL: https://myrapidi.com/mcp
  4. Click "Add" and follow the authentication prompts to connect your Rapidi services.
  5. Once connected, enable the connector for a conversation via the "+" button in the lower left of the chat interface, then select Connectors and toggle Rapidi on.
  6. Tell the AI which service to work on (e.g. "Let's work on service 1362"). The AI will scope all subsequent actions to that service.


Note for Team/Enterprise plans: Only Owners can add custom connectors to the organisation. Once added, individual members can connect and enable it in their own conversations.

Tips

  • You can switch services mid-conversation by simply mentioning the new service ID.
  • If you have multiple services, ask the AI to list them: "List my available services".
  • All destructive actions (delete connection, delete schedule, etc.) will prompt for confirmation before executing.
  • The Rapidi MCP server must be reachable over the public internet. Connections are made from Anthropic's cloud infrastructure, not from your local machine.
